Recommend an insurance provider to tenants
Add an insurance provider's name, link and a note on the Insurance page so tenants see where to get cover, and see at a glance who has proof on file.

Steps
Step 1: Open Insurance in the sidebar and pick the facility (or All Facilities to see every tenant).
Step 2: Under Insurance Referral Link enter the Provider Name, the Website URL and optional Notes for tenants. Click Save. Preview Link opens it; Copy URL copies it for a text or email.
Step 3: Tenant Insurance Tracking lists tenants with insurance on file, with none, and those expiring or expired.
Good to know
- Storage Facility Creator does not sell insurance or enrol anyone; it tracks proof and points tenants to your chosen provider.
