Is the tenant portal included in the price?
Yes. The tenant portal and online card payments are included in the $75 per facility, per month. Stripe's card processing fees still apply.
How do tenants sign in to the portal?
With their email and a portal code. You email invites from the tenant list, codes are created for you, and a tenant who loses one can have it resent.
Can tenants turn on autopay themselves?
Yes. They save a card in the portal and switch autopay on, so rent is charged each month without a call to the office.
