What's new in Storage Facility Creator
We ship changes to the app most days. This page lists the ones you or your renters would notice, one line each, grouped by the week they went live. You get each change the day it ships, with nothing to install.

Week of
- CollectionsFacilities > Edit > "Turn off gate codes when rent is late": a late tenant's codes turn off after the days you set and come back on once they pay. Off until you switch it on.
- LeasesContracts > Templates: pick a separate lease for vehicle, RV, boat and parking spaces, used online and in the Move-In Wizard.

- HelpHelp articles for billing tenants on their move-in day, the Gate changes list and keys for your gate company.
- BillingFacilities > Edit > "Rent due" can bill new tenants on their move-in day, with a full first month, while tenants already renting keep the 1st.
- BillingChange one tenant's due day from the "Rent due" line on their page; a one-time charge covers any days in between.
- TenantsImport CSV reads Move-in Date and Rent Due Day columns for facilities that bill on move-in days.
- TenantsAccess Codes > Gate changes lists every gate code added, changed or turned off, to enter at your keypad and mark done.
- TenantsSettings > Gate system: make a key so your gate company's software can read your tenants' gate codes.
- Online rentalsYou get an email each time someone rents online, plus a text if you switch on "Text me too" in Settings > Notifications.

- Tenant portalTenants download their signed leases from "My documents", see their gate code with "Show" and ask to move out from the portal.

- Move-outsMove-out requests from the portal show in a banner and on the tenant's page, and "Move-out notice (days)" in Facilities > Edit sets the notice they give.

- Online rentalsWhen no unit can be picked online, the rent page asks the renter to call you.
- TenantsDo Not Rent: the check now runs when an employee adds a tenant, and an override covers only the one person you approved.
- TenantsTenants list: Delete acts only on the tenants your search is showing, never on selected tenants the search has hidden.
- SpanishThe owner app in Spanish, first part: sidebar, dashboard, tenants, billing, units and the Move-In Wizard. Pick Español in the sidebar or Settings.
