Common questions
Can I run RV and boat storage next to my storage units?
Yes. Units and vehicle spaces share one facility, one site map and one rent run. A renter with a unit and an RV space pays on one account.
What do renters see: unit, space or site?
It depends on the type. On the tenant portal, Parking Space reads Space P3 and RV Site reads Site 4; Vehicle and Outdoor Storage still read Unit. Statements, invoices and emails say unit for every type.
Can a renter pay for a whole season up front?
Yes. Rent still posts monthly at the rate you set. Record the season's payment once, and their paid-through date moves ahead by whole months.
