Who SFC is built for
Owner-operators and small teams running drive-up, mini storage, climate-controlled or mixed facilities, whether that is one site or a handful under one login. If you are moving off a spreadsheet, a paper ledger or a personal cell phone, the CSV import and past-history back-fill bring your tenants and their balances over with the real dates.
Managers get the day-to-day tools: move-ins with an in-person signature and gate code, the past-due list, bulk overlocks with a printed list of overlocked units, and texting from the app instead of their own phone. Owners get the dashboard, revenue reports and the billing controls, and every key action is recorded in a per-facility audit trail that cannot be edited.
What we do not do yet
You should know this before you sign up, not after. The list is short and it is honest.
- Gate hardware integration: SFC stores access codes and schedules and you enter the codes in your own controller.
- A native phone app: SFC is a web app that works in the browser on your phone, not an app-store download.
- Phone support: support is by email and the in-app Report a Bug button; the toll-free number on our site is for texts only, not support calls.
- Lien notices and auctions: the app records lien-eligible dates on the calendar but does not run the notice or auction process yet.
