Can I import my current tenants?
Yes. Upload a CSV: columns are matched automatically and duplicates are flagged. Then enter each tenant's past rent and payments with their real dates.
What happens at move-out?
You can prorate the last month, add fees and refund a credit to the card they paid with. The unit is freed and the code switched off in the app; remove it from your gate controller too.
