Common questions
What do online rentals cost?
$25 per facility per month on top of the $75 plan. Turn it on per facility and cancel it any time without touching your base subscription.
Where does the renter's payment go?
Into your own Stripe account. The prorated first month and any move-in fees are paid through Stripe Checkout, and the move-in starts the day they pay.
Do I need my own domain name?
Yes. The facility website runs only on your own domain, such as yourfacility.com, so a facility needs one before its website and online rentals can go live.
What if a renter starts but does not finish?
The hold runs out and the unit is open to the next renter. Nothing is charged unless they finish paying.
