Track a tenant's insurance expiry
Record when a tenant's policy expires, see it flagged 30 days ahead on the Dashboard and Insurance page, and optionally email the tenant first.

Steps
Step 1: Open the tenant's page and find Insurance.
Step 2: Click Update and set Policy expires along with the policy details.
Step 3: The Dashboard and the Insurance page flag the policy 30 days before it expires.
Step 4: To email the tenant once before it expires, switch on Email tenants before their insurance expires in Settings > Notifications. It is off by default.
Good to know
- The app tracks proof of insurance and shows a referral link; it does not sell or auto-enrol a protection plan.
