Price a boat slip or parking space by the foot
Set a price per foot on a boat slip, parking space, vehicle or outdoor storage unit and let the app work out the monthly rate from its length.

Steps
Step 1: Open Tenants & Units > Unit List and click New Unit, or open an existing unit to edit it.
Step 2: Set the Unit Type to Boat Slip, Parking Space, Vehicle or Outdoor Storage.
Step 3: Enter the length (depth) and the Price per foot. The Monthly Rate is worked out as the length times the per-foot price.
Step 4: Save. The app stores the resulting Monthly Rate.
Good to know
- An RV Site has only a monthly rate, no per-foot price. A monthly RV guest is moved in with Assign Tenant on the site's page.
- Changing the price per foot later reprices that unit when you save it; other units keep their own rate until you edit them.
