Add your units in bulk
Create a whole row of storage units at once by typing a number range, set the unit type and monthly rate, and choose which units renters can see online.

Steps
Step 1: Open Tenants & Units > Unit List and pick the facility in the filter at the top.
Step 2: Click New Unit.
Step 3: Switch on Create multiple units. The Unit Numbers box then takes ranges and commas, like 101-107, A1-A3.
Step 4: Choose the Unit Type, enter the Monthly Rate and set the Status.
Step 5: Tick List on public website if renters should be able to pick these units on your online rental page.
Step 6: Save. The units appear in the list. To place them on the site map, click Open Map Editor.
Good to know
- Unit Type starts as Standard. Boat Slip, Parking Space, RV Site and Rental House are there too; slips and parking can be priced by the foot.
- A Rental House cannot be rented online, overlocked or given automatic late fees. An RV Site has only a monthly rate and starts unlisted.
- Archive a unit you no longer rent instead of deleting it, so its history stays with the facility.
