Tenant portal and online rentals

Let renters pick a unit and pay on your website

Switch on online rentals, choose what renters see, and paste the rental link on your own website. Move-ins land in your dashboard with a gate code.

5 stepsUpdated

Before you start

  • Stripe connected, so renters can pay.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open Facilities, open the facility's menu and choose Edit.

  2. Step 2: Under Public Rental Links, set a Public URL Name and switch on Enable Public Online Rentals.

  3. Step 3: Choose Show Public Pricing, Show Exact Unit Numbers Publicly, Allow Auto-Assign and Allow Specific Unit Selection as you like, then click Preview Public Page to see it.

  4. Step 4: Save, then copy the Main Rent Link and put it behind a button or link on your own website.

  5. Step 5: Mark the units renters may pick: tick List on public website on each unit.

Good to know

  • Renters browse the listed units, choose Auto Assign or Choose Unit, enter their details, sign and pay. The move-in appears in your dashboard with a gate code issued and the first month prorated from today.
  • Online rentals are included in your plan at no extra cost.
  • A Rental House cannot be rented online.
