Connect Stripe to take card payments
Connect your own Stripe account so card payments, autopay, payment links and online rentals pay out straight to you. Owner only.

Before you start
- Only the facility owner can connect Stripe.
Steps
Step 1: Open Settings > Billing & Payments and open the Payment Processing tab. If it asks How do you want to get paid?, pick Stripe.
Step 2: Click Connect Stripe Account and finish Stripe's own sign-up for your business and bank account.
Step 3: Come back to the same tab. If Stripe still needs something, click Continue Onboarding or Resolve requirements in Stripe to finish.
Good to know
- You can also start from Facilities > the facility's menu > Stripe Connect.
- Autopay, payment links, card refunds, Retail card sales and online move-in payments all need this. Cash and checks can be recorded without it.
- Stripe keeps the cards on file; the app never sees or stores full card numbers.
