0:12Site map and spaces
Every unit sits on a site map, colored by status, so you see what's open at a glance. Storage units, parking, RV sites and boat slips all live in one place, and slips can be priced by the foot.
0:28Move a tenant in
Moving someone in is one guided flow. Pick the tenant and the unit, and the first month is prorated for you. They sign your own lease from a link we email them, or at the counter, and their gate code is created when they move in.
0:45Rent and autopay
Rent posts to every tenant on the first. Tenants can save a card and turn on autopay. If a card is declined, it's retried a few days later, and you're told.
0:57Past due and overlocks
When someone falls behind, they show up here, with how many days late and what they owe. Late fees can post on their own if you switch them on, and you can overlock every delinquent unit in one click, then print the list for your lock check.
1:14Texting and reminders
Text or email tenants right from the app. Replies land in one inbox, and opt-outs are handled for you. Rent reminders can go out on their own, too.
1:26Online rentals
Renters can pick a unit, sign and pay online, from a link on your own website. The move-in shows up in your dashboard with a gate code already issued.
