Add lease templates to reuse
Load the sample agreements, including a vehicle and RV one, or build your own template, then pick it each time you create a contract.

Steps
Step 1: Open Contracts and click Templates.
Step 2: Click Add default templates to load the sample agreements, or Create Template to build your own.
Step 3: The next time you create a contract, pick it under Template (Optional).
Good to know
- Templates are per facility. With All Facilities picked you can only view them; pick one facility to add or create.
- To use your own lease, upload it as a PDF: Create Template > Choose PDF file, then place the signature fields.
- The Lease for move-ins card on the same screen picks which lease online renters and the Move-In Wizard use.
