Choose the lease online renters sign
Pick which template renters sign on your online rental page and in the Move-In Wizard: your own PDF lease, a sample agreement or the built-in one.

Before you start
- The lease you want must already be a template: Contracts > Templates > Create Template with your PDF, or Add default templates.
Steps
Step 1: Open Contracts > Templates and pick the facility.
Step 2: Find the Lease for move-ins card. Under Lease, pick the template, or Built-in agreement (no PDF) for the standard one.
Step 3: The choice saves straight away (Lease for move-ins saved). From then on, online renters sign that lease, and the Move-In Wizard creates contracts from it.
Good to know
- If that template is later deleted or made inactive, the card says so and move-ins fall back to the built-in agreement until you pick another.
- Online renters get their signed copy by email; the signed agreement is also on the contract's page under Signed agreement.
