Run reports for your accountant
Pull the financial report for a date range as CSV, and the aging, delinquency, occupancy and deposit reports for one facility or all of them.

Steps
Step 1: Open Reports > Financial and pick the date range. Export CSV appears when the range has payments in it.
Step 2: For aging and occupancy, open Reports > Consolidated for one facility or All Facilities: AR Aging (0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days), Delinquency, Occupancy and Deposits, each with Export CSV or Export PDF.
Good to know
- Reports run when you open them; there are no scheduled or emailed reports.
- Syncing to accounting software is set up on request by email, not from inside the app.
