Tenants and units

See who has not paid this month

Filter the tenant list to everyone behind on rent, sort by paid-through date, and open the Past due tab for days late and amounts owed.

4 stepsUpdated

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open Tenants & Units > Tenants and pick the facility.

  2. Step 2: Set Show to Behind on rent, or Behind 30+ days for the older ones. The list goes by each tenant's paid-through date against today.

  3. Step 3: Each row's paid-through line says how long rent has been due. Use Sort by > Paid Through (Oldest First) to put the longest-overdue first.

  4. Step 4: For the formal list, open Rent & payments > Past due: who is behind, by how many days, and what they owe.

Good to know

  • The red LATE PAYMENT badge and the Past due tab wait until the paid-through date is before the 1st of this month minus your grace period. So a tenant can show under Behind on rent a few days before they count as late.
  • Overdue tenants see the notice in their portal with a button to pay.
