Overlock every delinquent unit and print the list
Overlock all delinquent units in one action from Manager Overlock, print the walk-round list with tenant, phone and amount owed, and lift locks on payment.

Before you start
- Owner or manager role. Pick one facility in the filter; under All Facilities the bulk buttons are greyed out.
Steps
Step 1: Open Tenants & Units > Manager Overlock and pick the facility.
Step 2: Click Overlock All Delinquent, give a reason and confirm. It covers the whole facility whatever the filters show, and skips rental houses and tenants whose only unpaid charges are still inside the grace period.
Step 3: Click Print Overlock List for the walk-round. It lists the units that are overlocked right now, with tenant, phone and amount owed, so overlock first and then print.
Step 4: When someone pays, tick their unit and click Remove Overlock Selected. Clear All Overlocks (type CLEAR) lifts every one.
Good to know
- The Overlock and Delinquency dropdowns only change which units are listed. To pick units by hand, tick them and use Overlock Selected.
- On a phone: tap the filter icon to pick a facility, use the Bulk actions menu, or tap Select, tick units and use Overlock or Remove at the bottom.
- Overlocking does not change the tenant's gate code. Overlocked tenants see the notice in their portal with a button to pay.
