Manage your subscription
Find your plan, trial dates and billing under Settings > Billing & Payments, subscribe when the trial ends, or cancel month to month.

Steps
Step 1: Open Settings > Billing & Payments > Your Subscription.
Step 2: This is where you see your plan and trial dates and subscribe when the trial ends. Each facility has its own subscription, and adding a facility adds its own monthly charge.
Step 3: To cancel, click Cancel subscription. The Before you cancel steps ask which plan, why, and show what you will lose; finish with Yes, cancel at period end. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and can resubscribe later.
Good to know
- The price per facility and how the trial and free month work are on the Pricing page.
- Your tenants' card payments are separate: they go through the facility's own Stripe account under the Payment Processing tab.
- An account on a complimentary plan sees a Complimentary plan card instead, with nothing to pay or cancel.
