Chat with your team inside the app
Use Employee Chat for direct messages, group chats and shared team notes per facility, with a display name your teammates see.

Steps
Step 1: Open Messaging > Employee Chat (just Chat on a phone) and pick the facility.
Step 2: Click Direct message to message one teammate, or New group and give it a Title to chat with several.
Step 3: Type in Type a message... and send. Team notes is one shared thread everyone at the facility sees.
Step 4: Set how your name shows with Set teammate chat name…; a conversation can be archived or deleted from its menu.
Good to know
- Employee Chat is for your own team only. Tenants never see it; message them from the SMS or Email tabs.
- The Messaging item in the sidebar shows an unread count when a teammate writes.
