Add a manager or employee
Invite your team to a facility with the Owner, Manager, Employee or Viewer role. Users are unlimited, and only the owner or a co-owner can invite.

Before you start
- Only the facility owner or a co-owner can invite team members.
Steps
Step 1: Open Settings > Permissions.
Step 2: Open the Settings tab and click Add User to Facility.
Step 3: Enter the person's User Email and pick a Role: Owner, Manager, Employee or Viewer.
Step 4: Click Add User, then confirm with Send Invite. They get an email with their sign-in.
Good to know
- Users are unlimited per facility. The Users tab shows who has access; the Roles tab shows what each role can do.
- Manager Overlock, move-outs, refunds and bulk paid-through dates need the owner or manager role.
- Every user signs in with an emailed code as a second step, and the audit log in Settings records who did what.
