Create your first facility
Set up a facility in Storage Facility Creator: name and address, unit capacity, time zone, grace period, late fee and how you want to get paid.

Steps
Step 1: Open Facilities in the sidebar and click Create Facility.
Step 2: Enter the name, address, phone and email, then the Unit capacity (max) and the Time Zone the facility runs on.
Step 3: Set the Grace Period (Days) and the Late Fee Type (Flat Amount or Percentage) with its amount. You can change both later.
Step 4: Pick Payment Processing: Stripe if you want to take cards right away, or I'll decide later.
Step 5: Finish the wizard. Then open Settings > Onboarding for the checklist that takes you from here to taking rent by card.
Good to know
- More settings live in Facilities > the facility's menu > Edit: Charge late fees automatically, Default security deposit ($), Message on statements and the online rental switches.
- One login runs every facility you create. Pick All Facilities at the top to see them together, or one facility to work in it.
