Invite a tenant to the tenant portal
Email a tenant their portal invite, or invite many at once, so they can see their balance, pay by card, save a card and turn on autopay.

Steps
Step 1: Open the tenant's page and find the Tenant Portal section.
Step 2: Click Email portal invite, or Enable portal & email invite if the portal is not on for them yet.
Step 3: For many at once: Tenants & Units > Tenants > Select Multiple > tick them > Email invites (n).
Step 4: The tenant signs in with their email and an access code. Forgot your access code? on the sign-in page sends it again.
Good to know
- In the portal they see their balance, pay a unit by card, Add card, Turn on autopay, update their contacts and vehicles, and use Rent Another Unit for units marked List on public website.
- Overdue and overlocked tenants see the notice there with a button to pay.
- They do not see signed leases in the portal; those come by email.
