See who opted out of texts or emails
Find tenants who texted STOP or unsubscribed from emails, and allow messages again once they have agreed, from the two opt-out tiles in Settings.

Steps
Step 1: Open Settings > SMS opt-outs to see tenants who texted STOP and numbers on the block list. Once a tenant has agreed to texts again, click Allow SMS again; Remove block clears a block-list entry.
Step 2: Open Settings > Email opt-outs to see who unsubscribed. Click Allow emails again; tick Send confirmation email to tell them, with an unsubscribe link.
Good to know
- Texting consent is required by law for texts. Only restore it when the tenant has actually agreed, and record how under SMS consent on the Tenants screen.
- A tenant with no phone on file cannot be restored for texts until you add one.
