Where to sign in, what to do when you forget your password, how the emailed sign-in code works, and how to join a facility you were invited to.

Steps
Step 1: Go to app.storagefacilitycreator.com, enter your Email and Password and click Sign In.
Step 2: If two-factor sign-in is on for your account, check your email for the 6-digit code and type it in to finish signing in.
Step 3: Forgot your password? Click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Send reset email. The link in the email lets you set a new one.
Step 4: Invited to a facility? Open the link in the invitation email and click Accept Invitation. If you are new, use Sign up there; the invited email stays filled in. You then sign in with that same email.
Step 5: New account? Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, then sends a verification link. Click it, come back and press I've verified my email.
Good to know
- A new account waits for approval before the trial starts. You will see Pending approval until then.
- Tenants do not sign in here. They use the tenant portal with their email and access code.
