Step 1: From your rental link they browse the listed units (with prices if Show Public Pricing is on) and pick one with Choose Unit, or let the app pick with Auto Assign.
Step 2: Complete Your Move-In shows the Reservation Summary (unit, monthly rate, move-in date) and asks for Contact Information: full name, email, phone and mailing address.
Step 3: Government ID (optional) and an Emergency Contact (name and phone required) come next, then Additional Notes.
Step 4: They review the lease you set under Lease for move-ins, sign in the Electronic Signature box, tick I agree to the terms and conditions, and can tick Sign me up for automatic monthly draft (autopay).
Step 5: Pay and Submit Move-In opens Stripe's secure payment page in a new tab. When it says Payment Received they submit, and the move-in appears in your dashboard with a gate code issued.
Renters pick a unit, e-sign and pay on your rental page.
