Tenant portal and online rentals

What tenants see in the portal

A walk through the tenant portal from the tenant's side, so you can answer their questions: signing in, paying, autopay, receipts, contacts and vehicles.

6 stepsUpdated

Steps

  1. Step 1: They open the portal link from their invite email, enter the email you have on file and their Access code, and click Open tenant portal. Forgot your access code? sends the code to their email.

  2. Step 2: At the top they see whether the account is current, Balance Due or Past Due, the Paid through date and Next payment. Pay now pays by card.

  3. Step 3: My Units lists each unit or slip with its balance and a Pay this unit button. Add card saves a card; Turn on autopay starts monthly autopay on it.

  4. Step 4: Recent Payments has Print receipt on each payment and Print statement for the account.

  5. Step 5: My Contact Information lets them change their phone number; Emergency & Alternate Contacts and Registered Vehicles have Edit.

  6. Step 6: Rent Another Unit shows units you marked List on public website. Ways to pay lists your Venmo, Zelle and other options, with I sent a payment.

Good to know

  • Overdue and overlocked units show a notice in the portal (Unit is currently overlocked) with the amount to pay.
  • Tenants cannot see leases or signed documents in the portal; those come by email. Their email address is changed by you, not by them.
