Move a tenant to a different unit
Transfer a tenant from one unit to another with the prorated rent difference posted to their ledger and the old unit freed.

Steps
Step 1: Open the unit the tenant is in now and choose Transfer Unit from the unit page menu.
Step 2: Pick the new unit.
Step 3: Click Calculate Transfer to see the prorated difference in rent.
Step 4: Click Complete Transfer. The difference posts to the tenant's ledger and the old unit is freed.
