Create and manage gate codes
Create a gate code for a tenant or a contractor, limit it to days, hours or dates, and disable it without deleting it. You still enter codes in your gate.

Steps
Step 1: Open Access Codes in the sidebar and pick the facility.
Step 2: Click Create Access Code. Pick a Tenant (optional), type the code or click Generate unique code.
Step 3: Limit it if you like: Allowed days, a Daily access window and Validity dates. Add Notes and save.
Step 4: To stop a code without losing it, open it and switch it off (the status shows Disabled); Delete removes it.
Good to know
- A tenant's move-in code is created for them automatically and shows under Gate Access on their page.
- The app does not connect to gate hardware. Enter every code and change in your gate controller as well.
