Check occupancy and rate suggestions
See occupancy overall and by unit type, and the pricing suggestions the app makes when a type is nearly full or sitting empty, on the Yield Mgmt page.

Steps
Step 1: Open Yield Mgmt in the sidebar and pick the facility.
Step 2: Overall Occupancy shows total, occupied and available units and the rate. Occupancy by Unit Type breaks it down.
Step 3: Pricing Recommendations lists unit types the app suggests repricing. When occupancy is balanced it says so and suggests nothing.
Step 4: To act on a suggestion, change the Monthly Rate on the units in Unit List for new renters, and edit existing tenants' rates one by one.
Good to know
- Suggestions are only suggestions; nothing changes a price on its own.
- The Consolidated report's Occupancy tab has the same numbers with Export CSV or Export PDF.
