Send the same email or text to a group of tenants from Bulk Messaging, for rate changes, gate work, holiday hours or past-due rounds.

Steps
Step 1: Open Messaging > Bulk Messaging.
Step 2: Use the Send Email / Send SMS switch to pick the channel.
Step 3: Choose who gets it, write the message and send.
Good to know
- Texts go only to tenants with consent on file; email goes to everyone you pick who has an email address.
- The AI Assistant in the sidebar can draft a rate change letter or notice for you to paste in.
