Run more than one facility from one login
Add a second facility, switch between facilities or see them all at once, and know which screens need one facility picked.

Steps
Step 1: Open Facilities and click Create Facility. On a trial you can have one facility; a second one asks you to subscribe and adds its own monthly charge, which you confirm with Yes, Add Facility.
Step 2: Use the facility picker at the top of the app to work in one facility, or choose All Facilities to see every facility together on the Dashboard, Tenants, Reports and Messaging history.
Step 3: Pick one facility before bulk actions: Import CSV, Select Multiple, Manager Overlock, Do Not Rent entries and the I sent a payment banner all need a single facility chosen.
Step 4: For numbers across the portfolio, open Reports > Consolidated with All Facilities picked.
Good to know
- Each facility has its own units, tenants, Stripe account, late-fee settings and team. A user you add to one facility does not see the others unless you add them there too.
- If you were added as a team member rather than the owner, the Dashboard says so.
